The realities of the past four years have greatly shifted the educational landscape. Curriculum shifts, teacher shortages, and student social-emotional development gaps have all widened post lockdown. During this two-part series, Dr. Eโ€™Toyare Williams and an arts education collaborator introduce teachers to the Adverse Childhood Experience theory and assist in finding new strategies to better understand and serve students in todayโ€™s climate. This workshop shop plans to align with themes found in the exhibition Virginia Jaramillo: Principle of Equivalence.
