A chilling yet deeply humanistic vision of a near-future Japan, Plan 75 imagines a government program that offers voluntary euthanasia for citizens over 75. Through the perspective of an elderly woman, a government worker, and a migrant laborer, Chie Hayakawa’s dystopian drama explores dignity, choice, and the societal value of aging.
