Head to Timeless Arts Gallery & Studio on Saturday, March 21st for DJ SKID LICIOUS, spinning all Vinyl 70’s & 80’s Punk, New Wave & Post Punk classics to benefit The Chicago Cat Rescue.

SKID, front man for David Bowie Tribute Band, Super Creeps, can also be found spinning monthly at the Lizard Lounge on 1st Sundays, and Phyllis’ Musical Inn, 2nd Tuesdays.

But….. Saturday, March 21st, Skid’s breaking out more 70’s & 80’s Punk & New Wave Vinyl in an effort to raise $$$ for CCR, The Chicago Cat Rescue, (Chicagocatrescue.org), which endlessly and tirelessly places lost, abandoned and neglected cats in loving foster and forever homes on a VOLUNTEER basis.

Timeless Arts is donating 20% of sales during this event directly to CCR, so please stop out Saturday, March 21st for some vintage tunes, food, drink, paying it forward, and some mighty fine art & jewelry, AND……since this is CHICAGO, you’re ALL welcome to BYOB.

Getting to and from Timeless Arts Gallery & Studio

Please don’t drive if you’ll be drinking alcohol at this event. I want you to have a good time without the potential negative consequences of drinking and driving. Thank You!

There is FREE PARKING directly in front of the gallery on southbound Ashland Ave., and you’re also welcome to leave your car parked here overnight, without restrictions until 8:00AM Monday morning.

There’s also more FREE PARKING on both Nelson St. & Barry Ave. NOTE: On Nelson St. No Permit Parking is on the SOUTH side of the street ONLY, the side closest to the post office.

NOTE: Northbound Ashland is paid meter parking.

And PLEASE….DON’T even THINK about parking in the post office parking lot next door during this event. THEY WILL TOW YOUR CAR IMMEDIATELY, especially at night.

We are walking distance from 4 bus routes:
Belmont #77 (stops at Ashland Ave., a 3 minute walk)
Ashland #9 (stops at Belmont or Wellington, a 1 to 3 minute walk)
Ashland #9 Express (stops at Belmont or Diversey, a 3 to 7 minute walk)
Diversey #76 (stops at Ashland Ave., a 7 minute walk)

CTA Trains

BOTH the Brown & Red Lines stop at the 945 W. “Belmont” Station, where you can jump on the Belmont Bus 0.8 miles WEST (towards Sheffield Ave.) stopping at Ashland Ave., (Whole Foods) and walk SOUTH on Ashland (past Central Savings Bank) to 3040 N Ashland.

The Brown Line also stops even closer at the 3410 N. Lincoln Ave. “Paulina” Station, 0.5 miles away. Walk southeast on Lincoln Ave. (towards Paulina Ave. 0.35 miles to 6-Corners (Ashland/Belmont/Lincoln), and continue SOUTH on Ashland, past Central Savings Bank to 3040 N. Ashland.
