Description of the event and series:
Led by visiting Chinese Astrologer Alice Sparkly Kat from Philadelphia, this workshop is part of a citywide event series, a collaboration between 6018|North, the Chinese American Museum of Chicago, and the Heritage Museum of Asian Art, occurring over the weekend of January 10, 11, and 12, 2025.

“We Have All Been Transformed by Dragons”
Explore your internal dragon through movement, qigong, and writing exercises.
Jan. 12 (Sun.), 2-4 p.m. at the Chinese American Museum of Chicago (238 W 23rd St)
“2025 Year of Walking with Snakes”
Investigate the year of snakes as an internal force, walking with three medicinal substances that have traversed between the Americas and China: tea, tobacco, and mugwort.
