Armour’s “The Art of Viewing… Art” explores people’s interaction with art. These images taken at museums and galleries around the country move the viewer from the everyday details of life to a new place – the world of the heart or mind. Prugh’s “Highway Hypnosis” explores themes of nostalgia and wanderlust. The work is a quiet road trip crisscrossing through the Midwest and South made over the last 3 years and is an ongoing body of work that explores the vast, diverse American landscape by car.
The exhibition is “On Display” in the Gallery and “Online” through Sunday, August 30.
