The Midwest Society for Acoustic Ecology presents Soundwalks – quiet events leading groups to explore their relationship as listeners in the acoustic environment. This soundwalk will focus on night sounds around the Wauconda Area Library — a blend of forest, wetland and urban landscapes. The walk is open to all listeners, no experience necessary. Join us and learn the basics of acoustic ecology as you explore your backyard soundscape!
