Therapy Sessions is where Chicagoans of taste and distinction gather to talk about grown-up shit. Part talent showcase, part interview program, part confession booth, the show describes itself as a “talk show about feelings.” Each week a singer, a talker, and a listener take to the Hungry Brain couch to unpack, unburden, and unwind, under the guidance of “Chicago’s Favorite Fake Therapist” and highbrow lowlife Seth Vanek. Providing moral support and prescribing medicine when needed is Alcohol Distribution Specialist Dan [last name withheld] . Thursdays at 8:30.
