Are you creating original work as a visual artist, writer, theatre worker, musician, filmmaker, designer, or other creative? Copyrighting your work can help protect your creations. Lawyers for the Creative Arts and Miller-Johnson (previously Irwin IP LLP) are hosting a free Copyright Registration Workshop in-person on Thursday, November 5 in Chicago to help you register your work!  

Learn about copyright, what is protected, and how to register your creations with the U.S. Copyright Office. After the presentations, attorneys will be available to guide you through registering copyrights on one or more of your works. Be aware that not everything is copyrightable.  

The program is free, but registration is required by Friday, October 30th.
