This exhibition is an interactive mini-golf course, featuring the work of 12 participating artists and 9 playable holes. The course begins with a “Permit to Putt”, ends with a notoriously hellish stretch of highway, and includes meandering through black boxes, musical instruments and various flora along the way.
This show has been co-organized and curated by Molly Blumberg, Alana Ferguson, and Qiuchen Wu. Featured artists include Orders Architecture + Design x Nick Safley, Michał Koszycki, Ro Lundberg & Alexandra Lakind, Becca Christman, Rebekka Federle, Zara Teicher, Cameron Mankin & d. Wright, Meagan DeRaimo & Matthew Merrill, and Rob Sohmer.
THE LAWN OPEN will be open for play from 3-8pm on the weekends of July 25-26, and August 1-2. We will be hosting a tournament on August 2nd at 6pm with handmade trophies for first and last place.
Please come by to celebrate these artists and their unique interpretations of an iconic summer pastime. We hope to see you there!
