Let’s spark dialogue about exchange as part of creative practice on Friday, November 22 from 5:30-7:30 PM! Join “Proximities: conditions of exchange,” for presentations by exhibiting artists in Practices in Proximity: Greg Ruffing, Kirsten Leenaars, Marc Fischer, Eseosa Edebiri, Kayla Anderson, Niema Qureshi + Betsy Zacsek, and a collaborative reading of Design Studio for Social Intervention’s Aesthetic Justice Manifesto.
Guided by the question “What strategies and methodologies do artists and educators employ in the creation of the conditions needed for participatory creativity?” curator Josh Rios will facilitate a group conversation followed by a Q&A.
