Long List VII/Smith Park + Krater

As part of the ongoing series of works exhibited in the architectural intervention-cum-alternative space that is Hypercube, Tritriangle presents two new installation pieces by writer and artist duo Lee Hodge and Nathanael Jones. Long List VII/Smith Park and Krater are text-sound works both concerned with how post-industrial geographies and life rhythms aggravate the already volatile relationships between the natural and the synthetic, the physical and the virtual. Through the use of poetry, field recordings, and algorithmic digital signal processing, the pieces reorient our attention to how porous the boundaries dividing these pairings actually are.
