CAD’s newest exhibition brings Punk music values to the gallery through an exploration of alternative modes of expression and visualizing through resistance. “Arte, Cultura, y Resistencia” features fourteen Chicago artists centering their practice around cultural heritage, activism and dedication to their respective neighborhoods across Chicago and beyond.
Artists in the show include Joseph Josué Mora, Mony Nuñez, Arturo Fresán, Luis Trejo, Hector Duarte, Martin Sorrondeguy, Ricardo X. Serment, Diana Solis, Pete Rangel, Felipe De Sousa, Milo Mendoza, and Ocho Manos Collective.
