Exile on Main Street, Mike Rea’s ambitious new installation in the off space seamlessly weaves together a Rolling Stone documentary, Herman Melville’s “Moby Dick”, Ricardo Montalban’s legendary performance as Khan in Wrath of Khan, Roadhouse the 1989 film with Patrick Swazye and a men’s bathroom at the University of Wisconsin, Madison. We’re very excited to have an opportunity to talk about all these remarkable connections during a conversation with Mike in the gallery
