Come celebrate Hispanic and Latino Heritage Month at the opening reception of the art exhibit, Butterfly Effect/Efecto Mariposa! See the new artwork on display in the lobby of the Devonshire Cultural Center 4400 Greenwood Street Skokie, IL 60076.
