The Chicago chapter of Slow Food, an organization dedicated to advocacy for local food culture and biodiverse community food purveyors, shares information about their projects and reflects on Paul Robert’s publication, The End of Food. Based around questions surrounding sustainability and nutrition, the discussion is meant to spark ideas and thoughts about current food system design. The conversation is paired with a demonstration of heirloom variety foods with Jennifer Breckner, a food and culture writer and educator.
