Three black womyn navigate and theorize their journeys with catharsis. Each explore their coping mechanisms through trauma & therapy, self-discovery & validation, and history & nostalgia. Their movement vocabularies evolve in the realm of the African diaspora — rooted in the bodies of their West African ancestors and the blood of their American families.
