Celebrate the exhibition with a tour and catalog release for ¡Sí, Se Puede! Get a catalog and take a tour that walks viewers through the works in the exhibition investigating the dialogue about self-determination movements and the relationships between the archive, history, and current contemporary culture. Many of the artists will be present to discuss their work.

Opening Reception for ¡Sí, Se Puede!: September 15, 5-8 p.m.
¡Sí, Se Puede! an exhibition that draws on the respective archives of Cesar Chavez, and Dolores Huerta and their work with the UFW (United Farm Workers) Movement. For the exhibition, five artists have immersed themselves in portions of the archive to create artworks. In addition to the artist’s new works a selection of Victor Alemán’s photographs of UFW activities will be on view.
Participating artists: Victor Alemán, William Estrada, Ian Kerstetter, Nicole Marroquin, Victoria Martinez, and Gloria “Gloe” Talamantes, with murals by Hector Duarte and Sam Kirk.
This exhibition is facilitated by Meg Duguid with related programming facilitated by Rogelio Becerra-Ramirez.
