Welcome back this fall to Kirk’s Apartment, where we start off the season with the bang of a pistoleer’s gun. Try to follow with your eyes that bullet as it traces the curvature of the earth and sinks itself into the heart of the setting sun.

It is in this direction that we forever strive to run, heroic in our determination to finally escape something, against all odds.

It is in the West we find hope for something worth witnessing. For all that is big and lonesome and good.
