Ampersand Cowork welcomes Johanna Winter Harper with her solo art exhibition COMMON AREAS AT THE HEART, opening Saturday, January 12 5-8pm.

In her work, Harper explores the tension between what it is we desire – for our lives, our countries, our children, our politics – and our daily experiences. This may be stressful,
humorous, financially ruinous, marvelous, depressing, or fear-inducing, but as with the current climate, her paintings hold all of these things in concert.

Join us for our free opening reception January 12 from 5-8 pm, or at one of our gallery days February 2 and March 9.
