Sarah Dickinson Coogan is the English Department head at Infinity Math, Science and Technology High School in Little Village, Chicago. She teaches 9th and 12th grade English as well as coaches dance and soccer. Sarah received her BA in Creative Writing, Literary Study and Education at Beloit College and her MA in Creative Writing, with a focus on fiction, at Northwestern University. She currently lives in Humboldt Park, Chicago with her husband. When Sarah is not teaching, coaching athletics, or writing she enjoys traveling, playing soccer, growing tomatoes and basil on her porch, and drinking good wine at a table full of close friends.
Lindsay Hunter is the author of two story collections and two novels, most recently Eat Only When You’re Hungry, which was an NPR Best Books of 2017 selection.
Matt Pelkey is a Chicago-based writer and musician. His fiction has appeared in Euphony Journal, Entropy, and The Summerset Review. It has been performed by Liars League NYC. He studied philosophy at Vassar College and received his MFA in creative writing from Notre Dame.
