In the artist’s words, “On the final night of my ACRE residency, I asked my fellow residents one-by-one to briefly step away from the revelry and in front of my camera. I gave them little instruction other than to try to keep them in the frame. The resulting images are a depiction of their uncalculated, fleeting self-presentation.”
