500 Clown At the Threshold

Celebrate the launch of 500 Clown’s The Art of Experience: The Smart Museum, a new project that lovingly defies what is supposed to happen when looking at art by inviting visitors to move from passive observers to active participants inside the museum.

This evening social hour also features live performances and creative conversations inspired by the sculptures on view in the special exhibition Carved, Cast, Crumpled: Sculpture All Ways.

500 Clown are the Smart’s 2014–2015 Interpreters in Residence.
