They say art is immortal. Unfortunately, artists still have to pay rent.
This Friday, we’re turning Childhood Fractured’s Phygital Art Gallery into a HAUNTED ART GALLERY, where the paintings are alive, the monsters are restless, and the most terrifying thing of all is an artist checking his bank account. 💀
For 27 years, I’ve been bringing strange, beautiful, disturbing, ridiculous, and occasionally brilliant things into this world. Some of them are still hanging on my walls, patiently waiting for someone to love them.
And now they want to HAUNT YOUR HOUSE!
Here’s the deal: I’m trying to keep my studio, my gallery, and my art career alive. And unlike vampires, I can’t survive on blood alone. Apparently, the landlord insists on money.
So come celebrate Halloween a little early. Bring your friends, enjoy some wonderfully strange art, and maybe rescue a painting from spending eternity in my studio.
Art is available at prices that fit different budgets. You don’t have to be wealthy to be an art collector. You just have to fall in love with something strange enough to take home.
And remember, every painting you purchase helps keep a living artist from becoming a starving artist, or worse, a ghost haunting the Chicago art scene.
