Southward in Chicago, past a maze of green halls, is the sound of a guitar and the shadowed outline of a figure coming from office #402. “Diverting coiled shell…” by artist, puppeteer and performer Vim Grace Hile in collaboration with costuming artist Josephine Lauck, is a piece inspired by Leonora Carrington’s short stories.
Veilance HQ is happy to debut our gallery, an extension of our press and library: Veilance Solitaire. Solitaire is an ongoing art series that features a singular artwork, interacting directly with our book club theme and author.
