You’re Invited: The Thank You Art Show!
For the past 27 years, I Allen Vandever have been fortunate enough to make my living as a full-time artist. I could never have done it without the friends, collectors and supporters who believed in me and gave my artwork a home.
I also want to thank my neighbors and the Chicago community for helping me keep my studio gallery open for the past 10 years.
I need to be honest: after three extremely difficult years, my 27-year career as a full-time artist is looking like it might be coming to an end. I am giving myself three more months to turn things around, rebuild my art sales and find enough homes for my work to continue.
This Friday, I am opening the gallery for a special Thank You Art Show. This is a celebration of everything we have accomplished together—and hopefully the beginning of a new chapter rather than the end of one.

Artwork will be available at several different price levels. Whether you have collected my work, attended an event, shared a post, encouraged me or simply stopped by the gallery, this show is for you.
Please come see the artwork, spend time with friends and celebrate this incredible journey with me. Thank you for making the past 27 years possible. I truly hope they will not be the last.
