Hey Nate,

Last weekend we hosted a small party and the guests were enamored with the ceiling’s spectacle, small hors d’oeuvres spread on a table centered in the living room with the regular fixings; the textured screams of “we’re back in New York City baby!”– something I loved in those old movies.

The purpose of this correspondence is to ask for something more angular, contemporary; it was our understanding that this was explicitly of note to you. I am requesting a partial refund contingent on further discussion, with a hope that we can resolve this swiftly.
