Step into a creative ritual of intention-setting and possibility. In this vision board workshop, we’ll gather in community to honor the turning of the year and to imagine what’s waiting to unfold. Annie Novotny, LCPC and Registered Art Therapist, will guide participants through a gentle meditation awakening each of the five senses — scent, sound, sight, touch, and taste — to open inner doors and invite clarity around what you are calling in. From this quiet wellspring, we’ll move into guided imagery and reflective prompts designed to help you see your future more vividly: not just goals, but feelings, textures, colors, and the life you are longing to step toward. With intuition as your compass, you’ll translate these inner visions into a personal vision board — a sacred advertisement for your future self. Through collage, symbols, and words, you’ll craft a piece that helps you stay aligned with your dreams and create a tangible path forward. No artistic experience necessary — only a willingness to explore and imagine.
Annie Novotny is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and Registered Art Therapist who weaves creativity, mindfulness, and somatic awareness into trauma-informed healing. She supports individuals in reclaiming their inner wisdom through expressive arts, EMDR, and deeply attuned therapeutic presence. Annie believes art is a language of the soul — a pathway back to wholeness, self-trust, and embodied growth.
