As an arts professional, you are likely operating a business whether you’ve registered a formal entity or not. These activities have legal implications, and with the help of corporate attorneys Randy Bridgeman and Matt Klomparens from Perkins Coie LLP, the LLC Start-up Workshop will make sure that you understand the legal landscape that governs small businesses.

 

The workshop will introduce the key characteristics of the most common forms of for-profit businesses used by those in the arts, and teach prospective and current business owners how to organize a Limited Liability Company in Illinois.
