Higher Vibes with Stacy Letrice
“Higher Vibes” focuses on raising your energy vibration through the integration of therapeutic techniques and black cultural dance forms. Throughout this exploration, students will learn how to apply positive self talk, self soothing techniques (4B’s) and intentional awareness to the space for the purpose of manifesting a therapeutic dance experience full of good, positive, and high vibes. All levels welcomed.
