Pour One Out: The Lie(s) I Told For/To My Mother
@ Virtual Space
Opening Wednesday, May 13th, from 7PM - 8:30PM
Pour One Out: The Monthly Storytelling Series will return to the virtual space on May 13 at 7pm. The theme: The lies I told for/to my mother.
We all lie. What lies have you been keeping? Do you wrestle with your conscience about the lies you told to/for others? Do you feel guilty, ashamed, or perhaps justified about the lies you told to/for your mother? We will explore these complex emotions as we talk about lies, truths, and that primal relationship that shapes us all.
We have a great lineup that includes:
Stephen Barnes
Shelley A. Davis
Samina Hadi-Tabassum
Kamau Jones
Maria Konopken
Julie Liang
Dani Mauleon
Aidan McCormack
You don’t want to miss this group of new, emerging, and experienced tellers. Join us for an evening of vulnerable and engaging storytelling at the virtual space.
