Learn how to make your own vintage-inspired jewelry by powerhouse maker + creator Meena Osei-Kuffour of Vintage Royalty!
Start February strong by learning a new skill- and taking home unique earring or necklace creations made by you!
Vintage Royalty’s founder Meena Osei-Kuffour leads this two hour workshop at The Martin. She will give a brief tutorial of how to construct earrings like the ones she makes for Vintage Royalty with a collection of several unique, fun, colorful, and bold adornments for one to create!
Each person will learn how to make 2 pairs of earrings or necklace(s) for themselves or a loved one. They will learn how to combine their unique artistic eye with the pieces provided, and learn how to handle jewelry tools. The student will leave with a new respect for Art and Jewelry Making, and be able to continue this new found hobby once they leave.
All tools and refreshments will be provided with the purchase of a ticket!
About Meena:
I’m the founder and creator of Vintage Royalty, a vintage inspired jewelry company. I handcraft all the jewelry myself, and would love to share my skills with the wonderful people of Chicago. I studied Fashion Marketing in College, getting my degree back in 2007. I have been creating this jewelry since 2008 and love every minute of it. I’ve lived in Ohio, New York City, and Chicago and I have visited places all over the world; being inspired by it all.
