Exploring Authenticity is a creative workshop for everyone. Through exploratory writing, guided and free movement, and meditation journeys, participants will travel deep within to find and release their unique, authentic voice. No experience is necessary. Wear comfortable clothes, and bring your favorite writing tools (notebook, pen, etc).

Write, Move, Heal offers unique workshops designed for participants to explore the issues that provoke and guide them in their personal and professional lives. Using writing prompts, guided meditation, body awareness practices, and compassionate group discussion, participants examine ways to grow, expand, and shift directions on their individual paths.
