Elise Blair Bagnoli is an American-Italian artist focused on worldbuilding through painting and sculpture. Rooted in storytelling and personal mythology, her work explores the theatrics of being human through an anthropomorphic lens. Using recurring motifs, found objects, and symbols, she creates narratives that merge inner reflection with external observation.

Raised in rural Ohio, Elise earned her BFA from The Ohio State University (2020) and MFA from SAIC (2023). Deeply connected to her Italian heritage, she spent formative time in Giulianova and worked in isolation in Fusaro. Her work delves into identity, memory, girlhood, and unseen forces.
