ArtHouse Chicago’s Artist Salon Series: How to Rent Commercial/Studio Space

At the December 12th Salon you will learn how to search for commercial space and how to craft an offer to lease, with attorney Adam Gilbert explaining some of the more intricate commercial lease terms. Hosted by the amazing SolFlo Life, the first urban retreat center in Chicago, at 1834 W. North Ave, in their amazing Live/Work loft on the 2nd fl. Doors open at 6 for light refreshments and the program will start promptly at 6:30.
