Quilt-Making Workshop

Opening Saturday, October 5th, at 12PM
Join multidisciplinary artist Carina Yepez alongside Stitches of the Soul for a Quilt-Making Workshop, taking place four Saturdays in October from 12:00 pm – 3:00 pm. In this series, students will use a calavera (skull) template to create an 11 x 17-inch quilt. To complete the project, they will utilize applique, embroidery, embellishments, and free-motion techniques on a sewing machine.
All skill levels are welcome, and no prior experience is needed. To register, email: dolores@nationalmuseumofmexicanart.org. The class fee is $150, and all materials needed are included.
