Join cam.contemporarie for an artist talk with Revisionist History exhibition artist, Tyanna J. Buie, in conversation with artist and educator, Shonna Pryor.

Buie will discuss and give insight to the current work on view, and her process as a printmaker to utilize the technique to explore her own personal familial history, while centering themes of Black cultural significance. Pryor and Buie will discuss the similiarities within their practices and how the use of printmaking, archival materials, and pulling from childhood mementos can impact storytelling and legacies of past, present, and future Black histories.
