West Town – Chicago Fine Art Salon presents ‘Chicago Style: a Local Art Exhibition.’
Coinciding with West Town’s First Fridays Art Walk, the Chicago Fine Art Salon is featuring a juried group exhibition of 30 local artists exploring their unique perspectives about living in the City of Chicago. The show features thought provoking and heterogeneous perspectives, ideas and media to convey those who identify as a Chicagoan. This approach allows for fresh and sometimes unusual eye candy viewed through the lens of emerging and mid-career artists. A select few artists will also be given a chance at a future solo exhibition at the gallery.
The Chicago Fine Art Salon is located at 2623 W Chicago Avenue in West Town.
The opening reception for ‘Chicago Style: a Local Art Exhibition’ will be held on Friday, September 6, 5 – 8PM and the show will have a closing exhibition coinciding with the last day of the West Town Art Walk, Sunday, October 6, 2024 from 3 to 5 PM. Free and open to the public. Private viewings are available by appointment.
