13+13: ARTIST TALK
works by Spencer Hutchinson & Alex Wilson
Alex Wilson & other Agitator members will speak about the artworks and about Spencer Hutchinson’s involvement in founding Agitator Gallery and his legacy in Chicago’s art scene.
You can see the final works of Spencer & Alex’s collaborative portfolio sets, titled CHOICE and COMPROMISE, which make up the total work of THIRTEEN + THIRTEEN.
Spencer Hutchinson was a founding member of Agitator Gallery. Tragically, Spencer died unexpectedly on April 21, 2024. This had a deep impact on those close to him, on the art world and Chicago, not to mention the collaborative work with Alex Wilson. Spencer is remembered and we mourn his passing and celebrate his life and work.
