Opening Reception — Saturday, August 24, 6-9pm

In these photographs David used a butane torch on the slide mount of 35mm chrome slides. The photographs are from an archive of recent work where David physically deconstructed the original, tangible, analog photographic 35mm chrome slide and then reconstructed the photo into a digital output. The photo was then mounted on archival Japanese handmade paper. The titles of the photographs in this collection are “lyric bytes” from the Paul Simon songbook.
