Please join us for the 6th Annual Elastic Arts Benefit! We need your support to remain a sustainable space for creative music, art, and performance. The event will highlight many of the things that make Elastic Arts what it is, but most importantly we will celebrate togetherness. Our community is invited to our Logan Square space for the celebration, but we welcome anyone and everyone to join us virtually as we’ll be streaming the benefit in entirety live through the streaming page on our website.
There will be performances, delicious food catered by D’s Roti and Trini Cuisine, alcoholic/non-alcoholic drinks from Star Union Spirits, beers from Old Irving Brewing, a robust silent auction / record store, and a raffle prize of 2 3-day PLUS passes to this year’s Pitchfork Festival!
The 2024 Elastic Achievement Award will be presented to the legend and dear friend Marvin Tate. This year we’ll experience a live set from Marvin in duo with his frequent collaborator Hunter Diamond.
Longtime friend of Marvin’s (and ours!) Yaw Agyeman will be performing with a power-packed ensemble including violinist Caitlin Edwards, pianist/composer Sharon Udoh, cellist Lindsey Sharpe, and guitarist Leroy Bach.
There will be a special 16-channel CLEAT experience to kick the night off, an interactive video art room by Elastro curator Paige Naylor, and more!
