Join us at the Center for Mad Culture this coming Friday from 5-9 for the opening of “hHFEY BfEY and other poems”. Too often language is used to pathologize mad folx, but when we look closely at language, when we remove it from its most formal contexts its fragility is exposed. We even offer linguistic freedom to poets, but remain skeptical of mad language that cannot be aesthetically rationalized. There is a lot to dig into with this, so please come visit the exhibition and explore the limits of poetry.
