Galina Shevchenko: Ornamental uncertainty
@ Ignition project space
3839 W Grand Ave, Chicago, IL 60651
Opening Friday, November 3rd, from 6PM - 9PM
On view through Saturday, December 2nd
This work emerges from my personal space of uncertainty and political despair as a proposition of a safe plateau, a space of indulgence, and a visual pleasure sanctuary.
A beautiful escapist aesthetic game.
Calling for contemplation.
Non-action.
Peace.
