oin the Spudnik Press Community for a mini-exhibition and social gathering this Friday, January 27 from 6-9pm.
Our gallery wall will display the work of outgoing rental artist Deirdre Colgan Jones. Check out the collagraph prints that she made last year using our facility and find out more about the collagraph process and see behind the scenes at the printing collective.
The event serves as a mini-fundraiser for Spudnik Press as we continue to execute ways to meet our financial needs to keep our studio open for all artists in Chicago. It is free and open to all, and we have suggested donation levels for anyone who is able to give. Deirdre is creating a unique monoprint series of 50 collagraphs that will go to the first 50 people who register for the event with a donation of $50!
