Down-at-the-heel homes, corner stores, vacant lots, and construction sites are part of our changing urban landscape. The built environment is designed for use; paint peels, foundations shift, lives are lived. These familiar neighborhood scenes share a strong sense of locality but also belong to a larger picture of American landscape and culture. 21 ink paintings by Emily Rapport will be on view at Eat Paint Studio beginning July 9 through August 14.

The exhibition will be on view June 9 through August 14, 2021. Gallery hours are Friday and Saturday, noon to 5pm, and by appointment.
