Whisper. Rest. Hot Chocolate
Is an inter-dimensional interactive ritual performance invitation to listen to the whispers of the earth, communicate through time to your future and past selves and rest yourself into your deepest wisdoms. In preparation for attending please bring or prepare:
– a nice drink for relaxing together
-please bring a journal or a pen and paper to write with
-bring blankets and pillows for a deep relaxation practice
Hot Chocolate Recipe by Peregrine Burmas
3 parts cocoa powder
1 part cinnamon powder
1 part ginger powder
1 part cardamom powder
1/2 part crushed rose petals, or rose petals sprinkled on top at the end
Mix together in a jar whispering a message to your heart.
Stir 2-3 tsp of the mix to a cup of hot water or warmed oat milk (oats are super nourishing to the nerves and tummy). I do 1/2 water and 1/2 oat milk.
Sweeten with maple syrup 🙂
