Selma chronicles the tumultuous three-month period in 1965, when Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. led a dangerous campaign to secure equal voting rights. This historical drama set during the height of the American civil-rights movement depicts the marches from Selma to the state capital of Montgomery to secure voting rights for black people. Today, voting rights are again being challenge across the country, join us for our first FilmVersation of the decade!!
