Please join us for the opening reception of Atefeh Farajolahzadeh’s solo exhibition Still Moving.

Still Moving is an exhibition of both photography and video installation that explores the psychological experience of immigration. Atefeh Farajolahzadeh’s work is driven by her experience as an immigrant facing the state of suspension between the new place and her country of origin. This series utilizes both real and manipulated memories of the journey to reveal the fear, hope, pain and pleasure of being elsewhere.
