The Perils and Purpose of Photojournalism
@ Illinois Holocaust Museum & Education Center

Opening Tuesday, October 15th, from 6:30PM - 8PM
Documentary photographer Greg Constantine has traveled the globe to capture images and stories related to human rights, injustice, and inequality. His long term project, Nowhere People, took over a decade to complete and documents the struggles and plight of stateless communities around the world.
Showing examples of his work, Constantine will describe some of his most memorable encounters as he documented the lives of those arbitrarily denied and stripped of their citizenship. We will also discuss how such photos may serve as a call to action.
Free with Museum Admission.
Reservations required.
