Friday September 13th, a day that will live in infamy. The warriors of the apocalypse will be destroying the system of corruption and tyranny with a special live musical performance by the Warriors of the Apocalypse at 9:30p.m. You do not want to miss this show!
House of the Apocalypse will also be presenting its latest work at a free event open to the public, located at 1908 S. Halsted St., Chicago, Illinois. The gallery is part of the Second Friday events in the Pilsen neighborhood’s arts district. The second Friday openings include many galleries and studios in a three block radius.
This event features Bryan Sperry, the founder of the gallery and a special live musical performance by The Warriors of Apocalypse. Bryan Sperry is a professional sculptor and owner of the House of the Apocalypse. His work features over thirty life-sized figurative sculptures that showcase a science-fiction narrative of his creation.
The House of the Apocalypse gallery is a fusion of technology and art. The work on permanent display is a series entitled “Warriors of the Apocalypse”, a collection of cyborg sculptures. Each sculpture is a member of Bryan’s unique science fiction pantheon of heroes. Feel free to also visit Bryan’s 60 ft. window installation, entitled the Dawning of the quantum revolution, on the corner of Halsted and 18th street. The installation features an artistic collaboration between Bryan’s warriors and sculptural neon. The gallery also hosts art, tech, and business events at their location. For more information or if you would like to schedule a private appointment to see the artworks, please contact Bryan Sperry at 312-890-0270.
