ABOUT ANDREW MARKUS BELL, the visual artist:
An early reader from childhood in Florida, a bibliophile for life–the ways, means, art of communication have always appealed. Visual language of the body, symbols, Earth learned while traveling the country, celestial movement observed from various points on the globe contribute to each piece produced by plan or intuition.
The Liberal Arts, mathematics especially, are evident in the graphing and polymorphic representation of Life from the sub-atomic to the grandiose. Alef One, Golden Section, harmonics, personality come across with each dot, stroke, placement in pointillisms, paintings, drawings, mixed media from an ever-broadening repetoire of skills and work.
Life is an Art. Art is Life. Dynamic balance, perspective, composition are life studies for a fulfilled existence. Practice in any form and/or by imagination grows mindfulness and heightens sensitivity for clear and impressive self-expression. The goal of my life and work is to demonstrate all of the above.
ABOUT ANDREW MARKUS BELL, the writer and actor:
CONVERSATIONS ALOUD w/ MYSELF is a one-person autobiographical show experimenting in audio-visual synchronicity and interactive theatre. CAM explores self society, life!
